Business Intelligence & Optimization Lead

Olena leverages over a decade of experience in data analytics to generate and maintain SunnySide’s business and performance metrics. These metrics cover the entire business, providing an executive overview of the business for internal resource and process optimization. Providing business intelligence increases internal resource effectiveness, gaining efficiencies and a roadmap for ongoing continuous improvements. Olena’s Bachelor’s and Master’s in Mathematics and Statistics, and varying experience in data analytics spanning marketing, call volumes and resource planning, IT processes, and database support, all work together for SunnySide Digital’s needs.

Olena enjoys spending time with her family and kids, continuing learning, and trying new things.
